I am an experienced family law practitioner with over 30 years in family law including matters dealing with parenting, child support, spousal support, property division, trusts and equalization payments.<\/p>\n
I have appeared in the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario, Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal as a result of a number of cases; and, also have a developed practice in out of court dispute resolution services including mediation- both assisting parties in mediation and offering services as the mediator- and arbitration.<\/p>\n
