Antoine assists clients with negotiating and drafting domestic contracts such as cohabitation agreement and separation agreement, as well as bringing matters to Court, should our clients feel this is the best option for them.<\/p>\n
Antoine assists his clients in ensuring their interests are protected and advanced in all family matters including divorce, child and spousal support, property division, including complicated situations involving corporate assets, stock options and businesses, income determination, custody and access. Antoine works hard to resolve issues for clients in a cost-effective manner, but is also an experienced litigator who doesn\u2019t shy away from the Court system if the situation requires such recourse.<\/p>\n
Antoine received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Ottawa in 1998. He received his Law Degree from the University of Ottawa in 2001. Antoine\u2019s leadership skills were honed during his time as President of the University of Ottawa Health Sciences Student Association, as well as the University of Ottawa law school.<\/p>\n
